Contract RN M/S Days – AdventHealth

Unit:
M/S / Telemetry Unit
Schedule:
36 guaranteed hours per week (3 – 12 hour shifts) on days (7:00 am – 7:00 pm)
Compensation:
$60.00/hour (Days). Weekends $66.00/hour. Includes shift differentials and emerging disease pay if eligible. No travel bonus.
Assignment:
13‑week commitment with 1 week of facility orientation.
Can be extended but cannot exceed 12 consecutive months in any one location.
Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care, including age‑specific interventions for the acute care population.
Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary team members to complete the nursing process and care plans.
Offer emotional, physical, and spiritual support to patients and families.
Supervise assigned team members as appropriate.
Maintain a safe, clean environment, complying with policies and procedures.
Utilize SHARE principles to deliver patient‑centered care and enhance satisfaction.
Qualifications
Registered Nurse (RN) license to practice in Texas or a Compact RN license from an NCLA Compact State.
Associate Degree in Nursing (BSN preferred).
Active Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
Experience in acute care preferred.
