We are looking for an experienced technician skilled in major repairs, engine diagnostics, and electrical systems. The ideal candidate can accurately evaluate repairs and complete them in a timely manner, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Pay Range This range is provided by Sun State International Trucks. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.
Base Pay Range $20.00/hr - $40.00/hr

Responsibilities
Perform major repairs on diesel engines and transmissions.
Conduct engine diagnostics using advanced equipment.
Repair and troubleshoot electrical systems.
Accurately evaluate required repairs and complete them efficiently.
Maintain cleanliness and safety of the work area.
Required Education, Licenses, and Skills
High School Diploma or Equivalent
3–5 years of Diesel Mechanic experience on International, Volvo, Mack, Peterbilt, Kenworth, Cummins Engines, Detroit Diesel Motors or other major makes.
Valid Driver's License
Physical ability to meet job demands (lifting up to 100 lbs., standing, walking, kneeling, etc.).
Physical Requirements
Stand, walk, sit, use hands and fingers, talk, hear or see; stoop, crouch, and kneel as required.
Regularly lift and/or move up to 100 lbs.
Manual dexterity sufficient for hands and fingers work.
Work in well-lit areas with constant exposure to outdoor weather conditions.
