Responsibilities

Prospecting & Lead Generation:

Identify and engage with potential clients through a variety of channels, such as cold calling, email campaigns, social media outreach, and more. You'll be the go-to person for sparking interest in our transformative IT solutions.

Networking & Relationship Building:

Attend industry events, tradeshows, and client meetings to connect with IT decision-makers, build relationships, and showcase how i-Tech can drive business success through secure, scalable technology.

Lead Qualification:

Have insightful conversations with prospects to uncover their needs and qualify leads for the sales team. You aim to connect the dots between client challenges and i-Tech’s managed services.

Stay ahead of the Curve:

Follow the latest trends in cybersecurity, cloud technology, and IT infrastructure to better understand client pain points and how i-Tech can address them.

CRM Mastery:

Track your interactions and lead progress with precision. Your meticulous notes and data management will ensure a smooth hand-off of leads to our sales executives.

Collaborate & Innovate:

Partner with our marketing and sales teams to align outreach strategies, brainstorm new ideas, and keep the sales funnel full of opportunities. Your input matters here!

BDR Performance Metrics & Expectations

Activity Targets:

50+ calls and 20+ personalized emails per day.

50+ new sales qualified leads (SQLs) per month.

12+ client meetings or demos scheduled per month.

High-quality, targeted leads are essential for i-Tech’s growth and ensure that sales focus on opportunities with the most potential.

Lead Conversion:

Achieve a minimum lead-to-meeting conversion rate of 25%.

Help generate a pipeline of 3-4x the sales expectations per quarter.

Event Participation:

Attend weekly networking functions and at least six industry events or tradeshows per quarter to spread the word about i-Tech’s innovative IT services and build a strong referral network.

Complete follow-up on 100% of event leads within 48 hours of the event’s conclusion.

Collaboration Goals:

Work seamlessly with the sales team to contribute to overall revenue targets, ensuring a smooth hand-off of qualified leads and a steady stream of business opportunities.

Work with sales to reduce the sales cycle by 10-15% through effective lead nurturing and qualification.

Qualifications

2-5 years of B2B sales experience, ideally with a background in technology or MSPs, but if you're passionate about tech and a quick learner, we're open to other industries, too.

A proven track record of exceeding sales targets and KPIs.

Excellent communication skills, you can talk tech and translate it into business value.

Experience using CRM platforms (like Salesforce and HubSpot) to track leads and progress.

Self-starter with a hunger to learn and stay ahead of tech trends, especially in cybersecurity and IT solutions.

Willingness to travel for client meetings, networking events, and tradeshows.

A team player with the ability to collaborate while managing individual responsibilities.
