Provide mechanical maintenance help to maintain equipment reliability in a key operating area of the facility. In this role, maintenance helpers must: Have knowledge of safe work practices and working safely in an industrial environment. Demonstrate capability to contribute and learn in mechanical maintenance, welding, rotating equipment (e.g., pumps and gearboxes), electrical & instrumentation, hydraulics and pneumatics. Assist in diagnosing, repairing, modifying, replacing, and installing plant mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems for all plant equipment. Learn mechanical/electrical prints, pneumatic diagrams, and hydraulic diagrams. Accurately complete administrative documents and follow directions in an industrial environment. Perform other duties as required and assigned by the immediate supervisor. The Skills You Will Bring

Must be 18 years of age or older High school diploma/GED preferred or equivalent work experience Technical Training preferred Must be able to troubleshoot issues and make corrections Basic tool knowledge Basic technical troubleshooting Lubrication fundamentals Experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus The Benefits You Will Enjoy
