Automotive Office Manager
to join our dealership in Albuquerque, New Mexico. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive accounting, dealership operations, and administrative leadership. This is a full-time position offering competitive pay, benefits, and a positive work environment. Key Responsibilities
Oversee all office operations including accounting, payroll, and title work
Manage accounting schedules, bank reconciliations, and financial statements
Supervise office staff and ensure timely completion of daily tasks
Process vehicle deals, including contracts, DMV paperwork, and funding
Coordinate with sales, service, and parts departments to maintain accurate records
Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
Support management with reporting, budgets, and month-end closings
Qualifications
3+ years of automotive office/accounting experience (dealership preferred)
Knowledge of CDK, Dealertrack, Reynolds & Reynolds, or similar DMS
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Compensation & Benefits
Competitive salary based on experience ( $70,000–$80,000 per year)
