Production Supervisor (2nd Shift)

PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Supervise shift while producing fiberglass products as scheduled
Attain production goals as specified by Plant Manager
Motivate employees to give maximum efforts in professional manner
Ensure that all safety procedures are being followed
Maintain weekly employee attendance records
Maintain accurate production data
Hold departmental meetings as needed to discuss updates and/or changes in company policies, procedures, goals, etc.
Wear appropriate PPE
Comply with all NOV Company policies, guidelines and procedures
Comply with all HSE policies, guidelines and procedures
Comply with all Quality policies, guidelines and procedures
Other duties as assigned
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS
High School diploma or equivalent
Experience in all aspects of the manufacturing process
Forklift license
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Ability to work overtime and shift work as required
Standing up to 12 hours daily
Walking up to 12 hours daily
Bending/Stooping up to 12 hours daily
Repetitive Movement (shoveling/sweeping/fastening) up to 12 hours daily
Lifting weights up to 50 lbs. regularly
Push/Pull up to 12 hours daily
Travel less than 10%
