Role Overview Fluid Systems Division - North Hollywood seeks a dynamic Business Development Manager to lead strategic marketing initiatives aligned with our site goals. You will analyze market data, identify trends, and develop strategies to grow our market share, working closely with engineering and operations teams. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in customer relations, excellent communication skills, and a sound understanding of aerospace development cycles and business opportunities. Preferred Qualifications Experience with Salesforce Knowledge of airframe and engine utility system components Understanding of aerospace organizational structures for business development Key Responsibilities Develop strategic plans with marketing teams for short- and long-term objectives. Conduct market research, analyze competitors, and set performance goals. Serve as a liaison with customers and internal teams to ensure satisfaction and resolve issues. Build relationships to understand future market needs and identify new business opportunities. Analyze data to recommend strategic actions and support continuous improvement projects. Minimum Requirements Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred. 10+ years of progressive experience in business development or related roles. Deep knowledge of industry practices, company products, and regulations. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to communicate persuasively with stakeholders.
