Drive growth through new client acquisition. Develop, estimate, and close commercial maintenance contracts. Cold calling and networking to identify and build sales pipeline. Establish strong relationships with operations personnel to ensure customer needs are met. Develop regional contacts and professional network. Use and maintain a structured sales process and CRM reporting system. Qualifications & Skills
Experience in a sales hunter role, especially in the area of business-to-business commercial contract sales. Strong skills in prospecting, cold calling, setting appointments, qualifying and closing business. Structured approach to sales. Comfortable with commission-based compensation and high earning potential. Accountability for revenue growth. Tenacious, optimistic, proactive, confident, ambitious, and maintain high work and ethical standards. Motivated to make an impact and win. Sales or business development experience with commercial services industries or other B2B contexts; strong relationship-building capabilities; self-driven and self-disciplined. Ability to travel within targeted territory (occasional overnight travel may be required). Employment Details
