Job Description: Our large Healthcare client is starting a Renal Transplant Program and as a part of this will be implementing the Epic Phoenix module. They're looking to hire a Project Manager who will be responsible for working with the enterprise project management team, along with Epic professional services, to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of the Phenix module. This will include the oversight of analysts dedicated to various modules including but not limited to Orders, ClinDoc, OpTime, Cadence, Prelude, and others.
Responsibilities Lead planning, execution, and delivery of the Epic Phoenix module project with the enterprise project management team and Epic professional services. Oversee analysts aligned to modules such as Orders, ClinDoc, OpTime, Cadence, Prelude, and others. Facilitate communication among clinical, technical, and administrative stakeholders. Ensure project milestones, scope, risk, and issue management are maintained.
Qualifications
PMP Certification preferred.
Strong understanding of Epic and healthcare IT infrastructure.
Proficiency in project documentation and reporting tools.
Experience managing full life cycle implementations of the Phoenix module.
Proven ability to facilitate communication between stakeholders (clinical, technical, and administrative).
Willing to travel to Columbus, Ohio periodically throughout the implementation and during go live.
