What We Offer 401(K) with employer match Major Medical & Dental (50% employee paid premium) Vision Voluntary Benefits (Accident, Critical Illness, Disability, and more) Life Insurance Paid Time Off Employee vehicle purchase discounts Flexible work schedule Career advancement Service Advisor Responsibilities Ability to work under pressure and handle a busy workload under sometimes stressful conditions Have some experience in Customer Service/ Sales, ideally in automotive Love to help people and find ways to create happy customers Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment Have a naturally happy and outgoing demeanor Work alongside your dealership peers to create an exceptional customer experience geared to drive customer loyalty and retention Previous experience at “quicky” lube shops, department store auto shops or dealerships a plus Self-motivated and enthusiastic presence in a team environment Be a great teammate to your co-workers, always willing to go above and beyond Report to management any circumstances that compromise the integrity of the dealership Ensure that customer inconveniences, complaints and misunderstandings are dealt with fairly, compassionately, and timely Service Advisor Qualifications Organized and friendly personality Demonstrated ability to manage others Time management skills Fantastic communication skills with your customers Professional, well-groomed personal appearance Consistent record of service and sales success Strong record of positive customer satisfaction results Team oriented and self-motivated Able to work with little supervision Valid driver's license and meet insurability standards Service Advisor: $61K - $83K Compensation will be based on performance and experience; pay ranges may vary from displayed amounts
