Overview
We are seeking a Senior Product Designer to lead design efforts across Lennar's digital sales ecosystem, helping prospective buyers fall in love with their future home while empowering sales teams with intuitive, high-performing tools. This role will drive UX and visual design for a portfolio of products, including QR code experiences, interactive digital sales presentations, digital brochures, lead capture flows, and internal dashboards with AI-enhanced automation and insights. You will partner with product managers, engineers, marketers, and analytics experts to deliver elegant solutions that elevate the customer journey and improve internal tools usability.
Your Responsibilities on the Team
Lead the design process from concept to final visuals across web and mobile products used by both customers and sales teams.
Translate user needs, product goals, and business metrics into intuitive, beautiful user experiences.
Design and iterate on:
Digital brochures and community landing pages
Digital sales tools for field teams
QR code-driven product discovery flows
Lead capture and follow-up experiences
Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, strategy, marketing, content, and analytics.
Apply and evolve Lennar’s design system while advancing the team’s visual craft.
Create user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes to explore and communicate design solutions.
Conduct usability testing and apply data to inform design decisions.
Contribute to internal design reviews, updates, and product demos; measure adoption and impact on sales team efficiency to improve outcomes.
Bonus Impact Areas
Collaborate with Analytics to measure digital tool adoption, lead performance, and conversion outcomes.
Improve sales team efficiency by simplifying workflows and clarifying next steps in the sales process.
Help define what gets showcased in design reviews and executive communications to increase internal visibility for the team.
Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of UX/UI or product design experience, preferably across both customer-facing and internal tools.
Strong portfolio showing UX thinking and visual design craft.
Proficiency in Figma and other modern design/prototyping tools.
Curiosity or experience using AI tools in the design process.
Experience collaborating with product, engineering, and marketing.
Strong understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and component systems.
Ability to work autonomously and drive clarity in ambiguous spaces.
Confident presenting work to stakeholders, including VPs and cross-functional teams.
Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JS) and how they impact design decisions.
Bonus: Experience designing tools for sales enablement, lead capture, or digital marketing workflows.
Physical & Office/Site Presence Requirements This is primarily a sedentary office position requiring the ability to operate a computer, speak clearly, hear accurately, and occasionally lift up to 25 lbs. Reasonable accommodation may be made for individuals with disabilities.
Compensation & Benefits The base compensation for this position is expected to range from $107,400 to $134,200 annually, with adjustments based on qualifications, geographic pay differentials, and other factors. This section may include bonuses, commissions, and described benefits in accordance with company policy.
