JR9916**Export/Import Compliance Analyst**Responsible for the administration of import and export activities relating to customer orders and supplier purchase orders as well as additional administrative duties including internal/external communications and presentations. The role is fully on-site at the Aston, PA facility.**Location:** Aston, PA**We Take Care of Our People**Paid Time Off **I** 401K with Employer Match and Profit Sharing **I** Health and Wellness Benefits **I** Learning and Development Opportunities **I** Referral Program **I** Competitive Pay **I** Recognition **I** **I****Your Challenge*** Handle routine export permit processing which includes completing and submitting export permit applications and managing internal processes required to execute export of goods; interface with DFAIT representatives.* Attend and document internal program reviews to establish project progress, identify problems and notify management of any contractual issues requiring action.* Ensure that proper legends, markings and notices are used to protect company and third-party proprietary information transmitted or disclosed to customers.* Review payroll sheets to ensure number of hours, type and amounts are consistent with ERP systems (Syteline and Workday).* Assist in organizing conferences and meetings, sometimes involving large number of attendees or complex arrangements.* Create a wide variety of documents (often complex) such as reports, spreadsheets, presentations that require expert knowledge of several software programs; often composes first drafts of documents.* Assist with employee training on various subject matters.* Create and maintain Non-Disclosure Agreements, and complete Representation and Certification documents from customers.* Special projects as needed.**What You Bring*** Bachelor's Degree or equivalent relevant experience.* Experience with ERP systems (Syteline) would be helpful.* Previous experience with import and export control are highly desired.* Proficient in Microsoft Office - Word, Excel and PowerPoint.* Exceptional communication skills, high attention to detail, and drive to own tasks through to completion.* Must be a US Citizen.**Who We Are**Curtiss-Wright Arresting Systems / ESCO, a business unit of Curtiss-Wright's EMS Division, is a world leader in emergency arresting systems for military aircraft.
