Responsibilities
Oversee shifts every week and ensure customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience.
Provide leadership to Crew and other Managers during a shift to ensure outstanding quality, service, and cleanliness.
Supervise food safety and cleanliness procedures to meet McDonald’s standards.
Communicate effectively with Crew and the next Shift Managers to help them prepare to run a great shift.
Achieve shift targets and help departments meet their goals.
Take action to monitor safety, security, inventory, and profitability.
Manage Crew schedules and encourage high performance during the shift.
Provide exceptional customer service and quality food production.
Train new team members on critical job functions.
