SHIFT MANAGER This posting is for a role with an independent McDonald’s franchisee.

Our team is hiring motivated Shift Managers!

Responsibilities:

Oversee shifts every week and ensure customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience.

Provide leadership to Crew and other Managers during a shift to ensure outstanding Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.

Supervise food safety and cleanliness procedures to meet McDonald’s standards.

Communicate effectively with Crew and the next Shift Managers to prepare for a great shift.

Achieve targets during shifts and help departments meet their goals.

Take action to monitor safety, security, inventory, and profitability.

Manage Crew schedules and encourage high performance during the shift.

Provide exceptional customer service and quality food production.

Train new team members on critical job functions.
