Employbridge is seeking an experienced
Maintenance Manager
to lead maintenance operations in a high-volume manufacturing environment. Reporting to the Plant Manager, this individual will oversee all aspects of equipment maintenance, preventive programs, and team leadership to ensure maximum uptime, safety, and efficiency across production lines.
Key Responsibilities Equipment & Process Efficiency
Ensure safe, efficient operation of all machinery to meet or exceed
Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE)
and quality standards.
Analyze OEE data to identify root causes and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
Maintain compliance with
Lockout/Tagout
procedures and enforce all plant safety policies.
Lead troubleshooting for all major equipment issues.
Provide hands‑on leadership and technical training for maintenance personnel.
Foster a culture of proactive problem solving and cross‑functional collaboration.
Ensure all plant personnel receive consistent and timely machine operation training.
Preventive & Predictive Maintenance
Plan and execute preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.
Maintain equipment in “showroom condition” and address inefficiencies proactively.
Manage and update
CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System)
for all maintenance activities, parts, and costs.
Inventory & Budget Control
Maintain optimal parts inventory within established budget limits.
Source and order replacement components while controlling repair and procurement costs.
Track maintenance expenses and performance metrics.
Partner with production and quality teams to ensure consistent product performance and uptime.
Coordinate
Total Productive Maintenance (TPM)
events and uphold TPM standards.
Communicate maintenance performance, issues, and improvement plans with leadership and cross‑functional teams.
People Management
Supervise, schedule, and evaluate maintenance staff to ensure operational coverage and performance.
Conduct performance reviews, manage attendance, and enforce accountability standards.
Promote a culture of safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
Key Performance Indicators
CMMS accuracy and utilization
Maintenance cost control and budget adherence
Timely completion of preventive maintenance tasks
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree
in Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
10+ years
of maintenance experience in manufacturing
5+ years
of leadership or supervisory experience
Strong technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
Proven track record in OEE improvement, TPM, and CMMS utilization
Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
Self‑motivated, hands‑on, and results‑driven
Preferred
Experience in the
automotive or high‑speed manufacturing industry
Advanced training in TPM, Lean Manufacturing, or Six Sigma
