Michaels Stores Store - KC-BLUE SPRINGS, MO Deliver a customer-centric shopping experience by managing and delivering effective front-end operations and expectations. Lead the omnichannel processes. Maintain store recovery standards to deliver our Brand Promises. Deliver friendly customer service. Responsibilities include: Assist Store Manager in leading adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Company policies, ensuring compliance and accountability for store conditions and results. Ensure all front-end policies are followed; achieve KPIs and manage team performance. Plan and execute class and in-store events. Lead omnichannel processes. Manage shrink and safety programs. Assist with cash reconciliation, bank deposits, and inventory processes like RTV and ASN. Support onboarding and training of new team members; participate in performance management and talent development. Serve as Manager on Duty (MOD). Interact positively and respectfully with customers and team members, modeling organizational values. Acknowledge customers, assist with locating products, and provide solutions. Participate in truck unloading, stocking, and maintaining standards within budget. Cross-train in Custom Framing sales and production. In stores without a Framing Manager, lead the delivery of custom framing solutions, managing workload and timelines. Preferred Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

Retail management experience preferred. Physical Requirements and Work Environment:

Ability to stand for long periods, move throughout the store, perform bending, lifting, reaching, and stretching, and work nights, weekends, and early mornings.
