Position - Medication Partner
Position Type: Full Time Location: Blue Springs, Missouri Starting Wage
Care Partners: $17.50 - $21.00 per hour! Shift Schedule
Week 1: Monday, Saturday, Sunday Week 2: Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 6am-6pm Join Our Team at The Parkway Senior Living

To be an “Advocate of Empathy”: Understand the importance of empathy and create human connections with residents during vulnerable moments. To be a “Generous Gift Giver”: Be present, share talents, and be someone others can rely on. To be “: Create an inclusive and positive environment by investing your whole heart in your work, team, and community.” To be “Engaged Egghead”: Be curious, ask questions, and engage in your development and training. To be “Proactive”: Assist residents with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care. Requirements
Must be at least 18 years old. High school diploma or equivalent. Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English with residents. Positive, energetic attitude and love for residents. Computer skills for printing and entering resident information. Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop all day. Ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds frequently. Assist residents with sitting, standing, walking, and after falls. Criminal background clearance. Benefits
