We’re currently seeking a motivated
Shift Leader
to help lead store operations, support staff, and ensure top-notch customer service. What You’ll Do: Train and onboard new employees Provide excellent customer service and resolve complaints Open and close the store as needed Maintain store cleanliness, safety, and visual appeal Manage inventory, assist with ordering, and perform stock checks Operate cash registers and handle financial transactions accurately Complete daily paperwork in PDI when the Store Manager is off Ensure compliance with health, safety, and labor regulations Step in for the Store Manager as needed What We’re Looking For: High school diploma or equivalent Previous retail or convenience store experience required Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays Comfortable standing, walking, and lifting up to 25 lbs Available to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays Why You’ll Love It Here: Competitive pay Supportive, team-oriented environment Opportunities for advancement Stable, long-term employment with a family-owned company Home Oil Company, Inc provided pay range: $10.00/hr - $10.00/hr We are an equal opportunities employer and welcome applications from all qualified candidates.
