As a Store Manager, you’ll be responsible for the overall performance of your store — from daily operations to leading your team and driving sales. Key Responsibilities
Hire, train, and manage store employees Schedule shifts and ensure full store coverage Lead by example and build a positive, respectful team culture Deliver excellent customer service and resolve issues quickly Maintain clean, organized, and safe store conditions Monitor and order inventory; ensure product freshness and rotation Track sales, control expenses, and drive profitability Complete back‑office tasks, daily cash handling, and PDI reporting Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations What We’re Looking For
High school diploma or equivalent required 2+ years of retail or convenience store management experience Strong leadership and communication skills Positive attitude and ability to motivate a team Excellent problem‑solving and multitasking skills Comfortable working flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods What You’ll Get
