Tower Engineering Professionals is currently searching for experienced Foreman. As a Foreman, your initial duties will include, but not be limited to, safely managing a crew(s) working on new site builds, tower / site modifications, microwave installation/programming/troubleshooting, antenna and line troubleshooting, etc., while ensuring quality work is performed in compliance with company and government safety requirements. Primary Responsibilities and Requirements
Must have a minimum of 2-year experience or equivalent as a Foreman. Must have an understanding and the ability to safely direct crew(s) and perform work maintaining and installing equipment on wireless telecommunication sites. Must have an understanding and the ability to safely direct crew(s) and perform tasks. Must be able to troubleshoot telecommunication network issues and resolve issues using industry test equipment. Must have computer knowledge and experience in completing internal and client deliverables. Must be professional and help establish and maintain strong client, vendor, and internal relationships. Must be able to follow and enforce company, client, and governing body safety and operations policies and procedures. Must be a leader capable of providing training, support, and contribute hands-on in the field to subordinates and superiors as required. Must have strong housekeeping skills. Ability to determine special equipment or machines required for job completion. Ability to work with Project Management, Field Supervisors, and other stakeholders in establishing and managing job budgets. Other Requirements
Must work well with your hands. Must have a positive attitude. The ability to lift up to 80 lbs. Have basic computer skills. Must be reliable. Must have your own set of basic hand tools. Must pay close attention to detail and take pride in your work. Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record. Must be able to work OT and weekends as required. Comfortable working at heights up to 350 feet. Must be able to follow company, client, and governing bodies safety and operations policies and procedures. Must be able to pass drug screening.
