Base pay range
$120.00/hr - $150.00/hr
Responsibilities
Support growth opportunities; Sales pipeline with existing and new customers in conjunction with the sales manager and local account teams
Accountable and responsible for planning and executing client projects (cost, time, functionality, customer satisfaction)
Handle all Projects, relevant planning elements and milestone work results, including setting up and maintaining the Project Management Plan
Negotiate and manage contracts with suppliers, partners, and customers (including change requests, contract, claim management)
Define, design, implement and continuously improve the PM framework of executing multi-service projects
Manage customer expectations and requirements with respect to functionality and overall quality of the provided solution
Act as mentor to junior and less experienced colleagues

Requirements
5+ years of professional experience in client‑facing project management and project execution in the energy sector; track record in power grids, complex services and tendering of services may further complement your ideal profile
Experience in business development – and direct B2B sales (client‑facing)
You are well structured, a good communicator and are optimistically driving for efficient win‑win situations
A mindset to win – and to drive a team to match winning strategy and attractive offering
You are strongly solution oriented and customer centric
As you act in an international environment you are fluent in speaking and writing in English, Spanish is a plus
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforce’s sole discretion until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law. This job is not eligible for bonuses, incentives or commissions.
