Lead elements of the product line strategy for Corning’s growing U.S. Solar business. Support market understanding, product value propositions, and commercialization to meet market share, revenue, and profitability goals. Focus includes solar modules, glass, coatings, and future innovations. Collaborate with sales and business leadership to create market strategies. Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Roadmap
Define product attributes, specifications, and competitive positioning for solar modules, wafers, and polysilicon Develop product roadmaps with CTM and BTM teams Oversee product line strategy for modules manufactured in Arizona
Pricing & Commercialization
Develop pricing strategies using cost, competitive, and value analysis Align pricing across products and value chain Partner with Sales Director to optimize deal structures and proposals
Sales & Commercial Effectiveness Tools
Build customer insights through regular engagement Segment and prioritize customer base with sales Maintain and improve selling materials Support sales with tools to execute product strategies and position Corning as an innovation leader
Required Competencies
Manage market speed and uncertainty Lead cross-functional, multicultural teams Communicate effectively with internal teams and senior management Identify and address information gaps Translate market trends into actionable insights Drive projects across a global organization
Qualifications
MBA or Bachelor's Degree with equivalent experience in business operations and leadership 1+ years in business or management Team leadership experience Experience with multicultural or multi-geographic projects Direct Reports:
Potential as business scales This position does not support immigration sponsorship. The salary range for this position is $99,433.00 - $136,721.00 depending on full-time status and factors such as location, experience, and education.
