Pay Range

Role Overview Valley Metals, an AEROFLOW TECHNOLOGIES company, is searching for a
Shipping and Receiving/Quality
employee within our manufacturing team to help support our Aerospace business.
Key Responsibilities
Inspect and verify incoming shipments for accuracy against packing slips, purchase orders, and invoices.
Unload, label, and store incoming materials in designated locations.
Notify appropriate personnel of discrepancies or damages.
Prepare, pack, and label products for shipment according to customer specifications and shipping guidelines.
Create shipping documentation, including bills of lading and shipping labels.
Coordinate with carriers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.
Maintain accurate records of all shipments and receipts in the inventory management system.
Conduct periodic inventory counts to ensure accuracy and report variances.
Ensure all outgoing and incoming products meet quality standards and customer requirements.
Report and address any non-conformance issues promptly.
Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
Strong organizational skills, ability to work in a fast‑paced environment, and commitment to high‑quality standards.
Excellent verbal and written communication in English. Spanish is a plus.
High level of attention to detail and numerically oriented.
Ability to work under pressure.
Interpersonal skills to work effectively with others.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Capable of lifting, pushing, and pulling up to 50 pounds.
Work Schedule Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM; Full-time, 40 hours per week
