What You’ll Do? As our Area Sales Manager - Dealer Development, you will take the lead in developing and nurturing strategic relationships with dealers across your territory. Your role is not just about hitting sales targets; it's about creating lasting partnerships that drive growth and make a significant impact in the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Dealer Development: Identify and onboard new dealers, fostering strong relationships to enhance market presence.

Sales Leadership: Achieve ambitious sales targets and develop a robust pipeline of opportunities through effective prospecting and relationship management.

Market Engagement: Conduct regular in-person meetings with dealers and end users to promote our innovative products and gather valuable feedback.

Training and Support: Deliver training and ongoing support to dealers, ensuring they are equipped to sell our solutions effectively.

Who You Are:

You have 5-10 years of proven success in outside sales, ideally within the home improvement or outdoor living sectors.

You are a strategic thinker with a strong track record of exceeding sales goals and building lasting relationships.

You possess exceptional communication skills and a natural ability to engage with diverse stakeholders.

You thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment and are driven by a passion for innovation and customer success.

Success Metrics: Ninety (90) Days:

Met with your top 30 dealers

Completed training on AIA presentation and action selling

Six (6) Months:

Determine goals and action plans for new dealer conversions

One (1) Year:

Exceed Sales Incentive Plan goal for new dealers

Increase pipeline activities

Compensation for roles at AZEK varies depending on a wide range of factors including but not limited to the specific work location, role, skill set and level of experience. The total compensation opportunity for this role is $98,000 to $105,000.
