Quality Manager – Gummies & Stick Pack Manufacturing
Location: Lindon, UT | Full-Time | Reports to Senior Quality Manager
Base Pay Range $80,000.00/yr – $82,000.00/yr

As our Quality Manager, you’ll safeguard compliance while leading a team that drives continuous improvement, reduces rework, and strengthens our quality-first culture.
What You’ll Do
Own Quality Systems: Lead compliance with 21 CFR Part 111, NSF/ANSI 455-2, SQF, FSMA, and ISO standards.
Lead & Inspire: Manage and grow a team of QA/QC professionals, building engagement and accountability.
Partner Cross-Functionally: Collaborate with Operations, R&D, Supply Chain, and Engineering to ensure flawless product launches and consistent production quality.
Drive Improvement: Use data, SPC, and root cause analysis to improve processes, reduce waste, and enhance customer satisfaction.
Be Audit-Ready Always: Lead site readiness for FDA, NSF, customer, and third-party audits.
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Biology, Engineering, or related field.
2+ years in Quality Management in food, nutraceutical, or pharmaceutical manufacturing. Gummies/confectionery experience a big plus.
Strong knowledge of 21 CFR Part 111 and supplement GMPs.
PCQI, HACCP, SQF Practitioner certification preferred.
Skilled in data-driven problem solving, quality systems, and leading teams.
Experience with Gummy and Stick Pack manufacturing is a plus.
A collaborative leader who can influence across departments.
