Patrique Mercier Recruitment ES is seeking a dedicated Spanish Speaking Marketplace Customer Representative to join our dynamic team! In this exciting role, you will help provide exceptional service to our Spanish-speaking customers, ensuring their marketplace experience is outstanding.
As a Spanish Speaking Marketplace Customer Representative, you will handle customer inquiries, assist with order processing, and resolve any issues that may arise. Your communication skills and customer-first mindset will be essential in fostering loyalty and satisfaction among our valued customers.
Your Responsibilities
Engage with Spanish-speaking customers to address inquiries and provide solutions via phone, email, and chat. Assist customers with navigating our marketplace, processing orders, and managing returns or exchanges. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback. Work closely with the team to improve service processes and customer experiences. Continuously update your knowledge of products and services through training and communication with peers. Qualifications
Fluency in Spanish is required; knowledge of English is a plus. Your nationality and native language should be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter. Strong commitment to customer service and the ability to empathize with customers. Previous experience in customer support or a related field is preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team.
