Associate Team Lead – Trade Settlement Role Purpose:

This Trade Support position is part of a business team serving as a liaison between customers, logistics, credit, and the commercial trading group. The ATL - Trade Settlements will ensure accurate and timely input of commodity purchase and sales orders/contracts, amendments in SAP, load order creation, and application for Rail, Truck, and Barge movements. Responsibilities also include creating and applying tickets in SAP, executing purchase and sales in SAP, freight adjustments, quality claim settlement, payment proposals, and preparing daily reports. The ATL will respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally, demonstrating Bunge’s commitment to excellent customer service. Main Responsibilities: Receive and process customer requests for shipment scheduling, entering data into SAP GTM, communicating load orders to the Rail team and crush plant, and providing load order numbers to customers as needed. Collaborate with the commercial team to determine customer contract pricing for shipments and match these to load orders. Apply shipment tickets to contracts in SAP GTM. Ensure all charges and expenses are correctly added to tickets and generate invoices daily in SAP GTM. Verify that all shipments are invoiced each day. Handle disputes, including correcting shipment and invoice errors. Report open Accounts Receivable balances and distribute this information to the commercial team for follow-up. Administer the NOPA quality claim process within the business unit. Process customer and vendor requests in the MDG Master Data set. Support commercial, logistics, and administrative functions as needed. Education & Experience: Master’s degree in Business Administration, Agri-business, Logistics, or related field. Minimum 5-8 years of experience in Agri-commodity execution/finance is preferred.
