Mid-Senior level Job Description
Provide supervision at the campus recreation facility. Duties include, but are not limited to: Checking IDs, supervising scanning, and verifying status in the Odyssey system. Checking out equipment and ensuring all equipment is returned or picked up. Monitoring entry to ensure only authorized individuals with appropriate footwear use the gym floor. Administering first aid and CPR when needed. Making rounds of the facility and filing reports as necessary. Managing opening and closing procedures for the facility, including the BodyWorks fitness center. Processing memberships and guest passes according to policy. Reporting safety and maintenance issues to professional staff. Enforcing facility rules and policies. Ensuring only affiliated individuals or invited guests use the facilities. Following emergency procedures for calling ambulance, fire department, and campus safety. Attending scheduled trainings and meetings; securing substitutes when unable to work. Writing incident and accident reports as needed. Assisting with laundry duties as required. Must have current certification in first aid and community CPR/AED or equivalent. Be attentive, enforce rules, and maintain a safe environment. Additional Information
