About The Position
The Survey Project Manager oversees the successful execution of surveying projects from initiation to completion. This role sets up and implements Open Roads 'WorkSpaces' in alignment with NCDOT standards, and is responsible for project planning, resource allocation, and leadership of a diverse team of surveying professionals. Key responsibilities include client liaison, technical oversight, budget management, and quality assurance. The Survey Project Manager excels in communication, problem-solving, and has a keen eye for detail, ensuring that client expectations are met, and projects are delivered on time and within budget. Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Surveying, Civil Engineering, Geomatics, or a related field preferred but not required. Proficient with the latest AutoCAD and Civil 3D software. Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) preferred. Demonstrated leadership skills and proficiency in advanced design software. Familiar with NCDOT Location & Surveys; Route Location Surveys; SUE. Proficient in MicroStation or Open Roads Designer. Benefits
