is seeking a
Transportation Survey Group Manager
to oversee and grow its transportation survey operations across North Carolina. This role focuses on managing
NCDOT survey projects , building client relationships, and leading a skilled survey team.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage survey operations (field and office) with focus on quality, safety, and NCDOT standards.
Develop relationships with NCDOT and local municipalities for future opportunities.
Oversee proposals, budgets, schedules, and QA/QC compliance.
Mentor staff and support project delivery and workforce planning.
Qualifications
NC Professional Land Surveyor (PLS)
license required.
Proven experience with
NCDOT transportation survey projects .
Proficiency with
MicroStation, Open Roads Designer, Trimble , and
AutoCAD Civil 3D .
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Must meet background, drug screen, and driving requirements.
