Responsibilities
Own the website roadmap and drive initiatives aligned with growth, branding, and marketing goals.
Champion intuitive, accessible, and inclusive design informed by user research and behavioral insights.
Use analytics and KPIs to guide strategy, optimize funnels, and boost engagement.
Work hand‑in‑hand with marketers, developers, UX designers, and compliance teams to bring big ideas to life.
Ensure site safety, ADA compliance with help from security and compliance professionals.
Align technical optimization and content with digital marketing to drive organic growth.
Implement governance practices and scalable content strategies that keep brand consistency and efficient updates.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, communications, digital media, or computer science.
Minimum 5 years of experience managing enterprise-level websites or digital platforms, with a proven track record leading cross‑functional teams.
Demonstrated ability to define and track KPIs, optimize digital funnels, and use behavioral insights and analytics to drive continuous improvement and user engagement.
Strong knowledge of ADA compliance, inclusive design, and data privacy standards, with experience collaborating with security and compliance and software engineering teams.
Experience with CMS platforms, web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics), SEO tools (Hot Jar), and accessibility checkers.
Ability to oversee content operations, enforce governance frameworks, and ensure brand consistency across digital properties.
Certification in product management or UX strategy is preferred.
Experience managing scrum teams within an Agile framework.

Physical Demands of Position While performing the duties of this position, the employee is required to sit, stand and walk, use hands and fingers. The employee occasionally must reach above and below shoulder level, and lift/push/pull and/or carry up to 10 pounds.
Environmental/Working Conditions Works in a typical administrative setting with climate control and appropriate lighting. Travel to branches requires exposure to outdoor and traffic conditions.
