The Senior Supply Chain Data & Analytics Development Analyst will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing data models and reporting solutions that support the analytical and reporting needs of the Supply Chain organization. This role will also help establish and maintain efficient processes to ensure the accuracy, stability, and ongoing performance of data models. Acting as a key liaison between IT and business stakeholders, the analyst will translate data requests into functional reporting solutions. The candidate will manage reporting projects end‑to‑end—from gathering business requirements to deployment and issue resolution—and handle ad‑hoc reporting needs. Strong prioritization skills and proactive communication are essential for success in this role. YOU'LL ACCOMPLISH THESE GOALS BY

Design, develop, and maintain robust data models to support business reporting and analytical needs. Collaborate with IT and business teams to define data requirements and ensure accurate data integration across systems. Develop and implement processes to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and stability within the reporting environment. Continuously evaluate and improve data validation and quality assurance practices. Create and maintain insightful reports and dashboards to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics. Design and enhance Power BI and Tableau solutions in collaboration with functional business areas. Monitor the reporting suite for issues and ensure timely resolution. Partner with business stakeholders to gather, document, and maintain business requirements that guide data modeling and reporting decisions. Provide subject‑matter expertise and support to business teams and third‑party partners involved in application development or data integration. Lead reporting efforts related to issue identification and resolution. Proactively identify opportunities to enhance reporting efficiency, data integrity, and user experience. THE ESSENTIALS FOR SUCCESS

Education & Experience

Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent work experience. Minimum of five (5) years of direct experience in systems administration, process improvement, or best practices; or three (3) years of relevant experience with an advanced degree.

Technical Skills

Proven experience in building data models, reports, and dashboards to support business decision‑making. Advanced proficiency in SQL, including query optimization and complex data manipulation. Hands‑on experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Design Studio, or similar platforms. Working knowledge of SAP HANA applications and GCP BigQuery. Familiarity with Microsoft SQL Server, including SSRS and SSIS toolsets. Experience with data warehouse development and data architecture best practices. Programming experience in R or Python for data analysis and automation.

Industry Knowledge

Understanding of Supply Chain, Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), Distribution Center (DC) Operations, Network Fulfillment, and Transportation processes within a retail environment.

COMPENSATION

The pay range for this position is $77,600.00 – $102,700.00 / year with the opportunity for eligible associates to earn additional compensation pursuant to the Company’s bonus plan. Exact pay will be based on factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, level, shift, geographic location, and business and organizational needs.
