Oversees the monitoring and evaluation of existing routes in the network and recommends capacity and/or schedule adjustments to maximize the financial performance of the network. Lead the evaluation and forecast the integration of potential new routes into the network using existing methods as well as innovating new methods into the network processes. Lead the development of network and fleet deployment strategies based on company strategic initiatives with consideration for the competitive environment. Lead collaboration across multiple teams including revenue management, marketing, and operations to ensure seamless execution of the network strategy. Assist in the development of network and fleet deployment strategies based on company initiatives and competitive considerations. Assist in working across multiple departments including pricing, revenue management, marketing, and operational teams to ensure seamless execution of the network strategy. Contribute to the development of medium- and long-term business plans, including inputs in network growth/development and fleet planning. Participate in monthly profitability performance reviews for network planning, commercial, and executive teams. Prepare and present industry competitive change summaries and analysis to C-level management on a weekly basis. Generate and disseminate reports to applicable internal and external parties, including preparing commercial items for quarterly earnings calls and sending weekly competitive capacity change reports. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Aviation Management, Economics, Finance, Data Analytics, related field or equivalent experience. 4-6 years' experience in Network Planning, Scheduling, Revenue Management or related analytical field. Proficient in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint. Extensive experience data mining and developing analysis. Knowledge of airline operation, economics, planning and scheduling a plus. Ability to speak Spanish a plus. Possess strong verbal and written communication skills and be able to articulate views convincingly. Flexible and open-minded — not rooted in traditional structures or approaches. Navigate complex decisions where “judgement calls” must be made with limited or incomplete information. Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, each with competing priorities. Outstanding analytical skills, with the ability to anticipate market and schedule moves. Willing to try things in a different and unique way (think outside the box). A quick study who can grasp issues quickly and is not hindered by an overly bureaucratic approach to solving problems. Creative and innovative — capable of driving the creation of new ideas and solutions. Communicate effectively across multiple departments and levels, including the ability to communicate at C-Suite level. Able to present to external governmental representatives in a comprehensive and professional manner. Domestic & international travel approximately 25% of the time. Onsite in Dania Beach, Florida.
