The Lighthouse Church . As a Branch Supervisor, you will oversee daily branch operations, hire, train, and mentor staff, and ensure the branch meets financial, operational, service, and growth objectives. Responsibilities
Meet or exceed established branch goals Report operating issues and provide regular updates to the COO and BOM Underwrite consumer loans and serve as primary lender for credit inquiries Represent and promote the Credit Union within the community and market the branch Develop and implement branch promotions and credit union sponsored events Perform teller and member service representative duties when needed Conduct training, performance evaluations, hiring, and discipline to maintain staffing needs Monitor branch activities for compliance with credit union policies, procedures, and regulations Attend trainings, meetings, and relay necessary information to branch staff Serve as a source of knowledge for staff and inspire team collaboration Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent 5 years in the banking/financial industry 2 years lending experience 2 years of management or leadership experience Proficiency with Microsoft Office and typical banking software Bilingual in Spanish – strongly preferred Ability to pass a background and credit check Schedule
8:30-5:30, Monday‑Friday Salary
Starting at annual $50,000‑$77,000, DOE Benefits
