Overview

The Corporate Development Manager plays a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction of the organization. This position is responsible for identifying and evaluating growth opportunities, including mergers, acquisitions, and strategic partnerships, while working closely with senior leadership to execute initiatives that align with long-term business goals. Responsibilities

Identify and evaluate opportunities for mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and partnerships to support long-term business objectives. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic decision-making and identify emerging trends. Develop and present business cases and make strategic recommendations to senior leadership to guide organization growth initiatives. Build detailed financial models (e.g., discounted cash flow, internal rate of return) and perform valuation analyses to support strategic decision-making. Assist due diligence efforts, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure thorough evaluation of opportunities. Communicate and report strategic plans to company executives, including preparing board and senior management presentations. Monitor industry trends and deliver actionable insights to inform business strategy and investment decisions. Assist with integration activities to ensure alignment with strategic goals and seamless operational transition. Ownership and maintenance of the Company’s valuation model, along with associated reporting to stakeholders on a quarterly basis. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders throughout the deal process to maintain transparency and drive successful outcomes. Partner with Finance, Legal, HR, and Operations teams to support seamless deal execution and integration activities. Maintain strong relationships with industry partners, investors, and advisors to facilitate strategic initiatives and business growth. Ensure cross-functional efforts are aligned with organizational goals and transaction objectives. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field; MBA preferred 5–7 years of experience in corporate development, investment banking, management consulting, or strategic planning with connectivity/understanding of private equity/infrastructure investors Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills Strong proficiency in the use of the Microsoft suite of products, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal abilities Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines Familiarity with legal and compliance aspects of M&A transactions Working Conditions / Physical Requirements
