$24.00/hr - $30.00/hr Responsibilities
Supervisee has accrued 85% of fieldwork hours (1700/2000 hours) All restricted hours completed Provide early intervention therapy in a center-based setting Shaping the minds of kiddos in early childhood (ages 18 months to 8 years old) Collect data and implement individualized treatment plans for each child Collaborate with BCBA’s and a team dedicated to Action Behavior Centers’ core values Allocate 8 hours per week off direct care schedule to work on BDS modules Sit for the BACB exam within 6 months of joining the team What you will be doing

As a BCBA Intern, you'll be an integral part of our team, armed with passion for helping children and your commitment to excellence. Provide supervision and support aligned with fieldwork requirements Engage in data collection and progress monitoring Collaborate with BCBA supervisors and team members to deliver center-based early intervention Maintain alignment with ABC's core values Qualifications
Currently enrolled in an accredited applicable masters program Experience as a Behavior Technician (BT) or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) seeking supervision hours Eligible to sit for BACB exam within 6 months of joining Benefits
Pay: $24-30/hour based on experience and supervision hour completion Potential wage increases every 6 months A guaranteed path to becoming a BCBA with a competitive BCBA salary upon passing Bonuses based on accrued hours, up to $1,500 per year Guaranteed hours: full-time teammates receive a minimum of 32-40 hours per week No-cost supervision hours $5,000 BCBA Pass Bonus for first-attempt pass Generous time off: 10 holidays, 10 paid days plus 2 flex days Tuition discount with partner universities; 401K with match Health benefits: company-paid coverage up to 90% with 4 plans Additional perks and appreciation events Additional notes: Applications accepted and reviewed on an ongoing basis.
