Manage profitability through cash control, inventory, labor, financial reports, and appropriate actions. Recruit, interview, and hire team members, shift managers, and assistant GMs. Coach and train employees to operational excellence. Complete bi-weekly inventory counts. Maintain cleanliness and ensure a friendly, high-quality guest experience. Requirements
What you bring: At least 1 year of experience as a General Manager in food service or retail, with P&L responsibility, preferably in QSR. Must be at least 18 years old. Availability to close the restaurant at least two nights per week. Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull heavy objects, stand and walk constantly, and operate restaurant equipment safely.
