Overview
Delivery Consultant, WWPS ProServe – Amazon Web Services (AWS) The AWS Professional Services (ProServe) team is seeking a skilled Delivery Consultant to design, implement, and manage AWS solutions that meet customers’ technical requirements and business objectives. You will drive customer success through the cloud journey, providing technical expertise and best practices throughout the project lifecycle. You will architect complex, scalable, and secure solutions, gather requirements, assess existing infrastructure, and propose effective migration strategies to AWS. As a trusted advisor, you will guide customers on industry trends, emerging technologies, and innovative solutions, lead the implementation process, ensure adherence to best practices, optimize performance, and manage risks throughout the project.
About The Team
The AWS Professional Services organization is a global team that helps customers realize their desired business outcomes when using the AWS Cloud. We work with customer teams and the AWS Partner Network (APN) to execute enterprise cloud computing initiatives and provide guidance through our global specialty practices across various solutions, technologies, and industries.
Key Responsibilities
Design and implement complex, scalable, and secure AWS solutions tailored to customer needs
Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting support throughout project delivery
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and propose effective migration strategies
Act as a trusted advisor on industry trends and emerging technologies
Mentor, train, and create reusable artifacts to share knowledge within the organization
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or equivalent
5+ years of experience designing/operating solutions on cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP, OCI)
5+ years of design/implementation/operations/consulting with distributed applications
5+ years of experience with the software development lifecycle from conception to delivery
US government security clearance of Top Secret or above
Preferred Qualifications
5+ years of IT implementation experience
Experience with cloud computing technologies (design and implementation)
Experience leading design, development, and deployment of software at scale or hands-on infra (network, compute, storage, virtualization)
Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences

Compensation and Notice Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay range for this position is $118,200/year to $204,300/year, depending on location and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company; equity, sign-on payments, and other benefits may be provided as part of the overall package.
