Marketing Operations Manager - North America We are seeking a Marketing Operations Manager for North America to execute and optimize marketing operations across the region with a focus on reporting, data integrity, and operational excellence. This role will leverage global reporting frameworks for regional execution, ensuring North America delivers consistent, accurate, and actionable insights. The Manager will work closely with the Global Marketing Operations team and regional stakeholders to enhance data quality, streamline marketing technology, and support campaign and pipeline performance.

You Will

Reporting & Analysis

Lead the execution of reporting and analytics for North America marketing, ensuring alignment with global standards and definitions.

Manage dashboards, scorecards, and reporting frameworks that measure campaign performance, funnel efficiency, and pipeline contribution.

Translate complex marketing and sales data into actionable insights, presenting findings clearly to both marketing and business stakeholders.

Partner with Global Marketing Operations to ensure consistency between North American KPIs and global business reviews.

Drive a culture of data‑informed decision‑making, supporting the region’s ability to optimize campaigns, spend, and ROI.

Data Management & Governance

Champion data integrity and governance across all systems and lead the execution of regional enrichment programs and develop ongoing hygiene protocols to maintain campaign‑ready data.

Implement best practices for data hygiene, enrichment, and segmentation to ensure high‑quality data for targeting, personalization, and measurement.

Maintain data synchronization and accuracy across platforms (Salesforce, Pardot, Salesloft, etc.) in collaboration with global and regional stakeholders.

Partner with IT, Revenue Operations, and Finance to align on unified data models and ensure consistency across global systems.

Monitor and audit data flows and health metrics, proactively identifying and resolving quality issues.

Marketing Technology Enablement

Oversee the day‑to‑day operation and optimization of MarTech tools within North America, ensuring consistent and efficient usage across teams.

Support the integration and maintenance of Salesforce, Pardot, Salesloft, and reporting tools to enable campaign execution and analytics accuracy.

Troubleshoot and resolve automation, routing, and tracking issues, partnering with global teams where needed.

Identify opportunities to enhance marketing performance through automation, AI tools, and advanced analytics technologies.

Collaborate with the global team to localize global technology frameworks and ensure successful execution.

Process Optimization & Collaboration

Develop, document, and enforce standardized processes to drive efficiency and accountability across marketing workflows.

Partner with Sales Operations, IT, and Finance to streamline lead management, campaign execution, and reporting cadence.

Collaborate with global operations to implement scalable processes and governance models across the region.

Promote a continuous improvement mindset, identifying opportunities to simplify workflows and eliminate friction.

You Have

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

Experience: 7+ years of progressive experience in marketing operations, analytics, or revenue operations, with at least 2 years in a management or leadership capacity.

Proven track record of executing reporting and analytics frameworks within a global B2B organization.

Deep expertise in Salesforce, Pardot (or others), Salesloft, and BI/reporting platforms.

Experience managing large datasets, segmentation models, and campaign targeting strategies.

Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills with the ability to translate technical insights into business recommendations.
