AID is seeking a GFEBS Manager to join our team of outstanding professionals. This opportunity is contingent upon contract award. Responsibilities

The GFEBS Manager oversees the GFEBS, including providing reports, initiating, processing, and tracking dig permits, initiating PWOs into GFEBS, tracking progress, outputting progress reports, and maintaining the O&M Manual Digital Library. Manage work identification, reception, planning, prioritization, estimation, approval, and funding for maintenance and repair requests at the installation. Oversee the Work Management team responsible for asset and data management. Serve as the central Point of Contact for installation customer work requests and work taskings, coordinating resources to ensure timely and quality completion. Demonstrate problem solving, conflict management, resolution, and customer service skills. Prioritize service orders and work orders. Manage employees responsible for work order data input. Work closely with IT to ensure proper data retrieval for reports. Prepare weekly contract deliverables and maintain suspense files. Manage work document files and data to track work performed, evaluate responsiveness, cost-effectiveness, and resource utilization. Adjust fiscal year OWOs with Military Interdepartmental PR accountability for reimbursable customers. Capture cost requirements for subcontractor PRs and purchase orders in GFEBS maintenance files. Prepare and process fiscal year projected OWOs and PWOs using Facilities Engineering Work Request DA 4283 for Government approval, updating requirements as needed. Maintain accountability for supply requisitions for work control. Train and update service order dispatchers on procedures and requirements. Maintain files for UPCs website updates. Submit workload data monthly. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and client regulations. Qualifications

Working knowledge of GFEBS with at least three years of practical experience dealing with property, plant, and equipment; supervisory experience preferred. Hands-on experience in building maintenance is preferred. Minimum high school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred. Completion and mastery of the following GFEBS modules: PM Master Data Maintainer, Preventive Maintenance Controller, Physical Inventory Maintainer, Material Requirement Planning Maintainer, Plant Maintenance Order Approver, Plant Maintenance Order Maintainer, Plant Maintenance Reporter, Goods Receipt (GR) Processor. At least 5 years of experience managing work control processes on a military (preferably Army) installation, including 2 years overseeing personnel involved in work reception, processing, tracking, and closeout functions. Secret clearance required.
