$16.00/hr - $23.00/hr Position Summary... Do you have a knack for helping people, following recipes, and organization? Our prepared meal and rotisserie chicken associates prepare fresh food items daily for our members through following recipes and preparing our always warm and ready rotisserie chicken. We’ll also count on you to properly wrap, label, and store merchandise to ensure our members have the freshest items available to take home to their families. There are times when you will juggle several tasks in a short amount of time while helping members with their bakery orders. Your smile can make the difference between a good shopping experience and a great one. You won’t just prepare fresh food—you’ll help a family have a great meal. Ensuring high-quality products are available in our prepared foods area Ensuring shelves are clean, maintaining temperature control, verifying expiration dates, and disposing of lesser-quality food products Preparing and serving ready-to-eat food Maintaining the Sales Floor in accordance with company policies and procedures by properly handling claims and returns, zoning the area, arranging and organizing merchandise, and identifying shrink and damages Maintaining a clean, sanitized, and member-ready area Be a Team Member: Maintains up-to-date knowledge of product specifications related to prepared food merchandise; collaborates with cross-functional teams and educates other associates on tools, tasks and resources; communicates effectively with team members; and is flexible to work in other areas Be an Expert: Prepares food according to item specifications; plans for future production; adheres to food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, cold chain compliance, inventory management; operates, maintains, and sanitizes equipment Be a Techie: Uses digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and elevate associate engagement; uses handheld technology to support production, training, and product quality with the member in mind Be an Owner: Drives area performance; manages high exposure and expectations; stocks and rotates merchandise; ensures quality and date control; eliminates waste; assists customers per company policies Be a Talent Ambassador: Advocates for the department and club by valuing the member's experience in meat area and modeling high-quality service Complies with company policies, procedures, and ethics; uses Open Door Policy Completes work assignments and priorities by using policies, data, and resources; collaborates with managers, co-workers, customers, and other partners; communicates progress and adapts to change Qualifications
Must be 18 years of age or older Food Service Food Handler Certification (Food Safety) - Certification Preferred: additional qualifications Benefits
