Our prepared meal and rotisserie chicken associates prepare fresh food items daily for our members by following recipes, wrapping, labeling, and storing merchandise to ensure the freshest items. You may juggle several tasks in a short amount of time while helping members with bakery orders. You will help contribute to a shopping experience that feels like a great meal for a family. Responsibilities
Prepare and serve ready-to-eat food according to item specifications. Maintain high-quality products in the prepared foods area; ensure shelves are clean and properly rotate merchandise. Verify expiration dates and dispose of lesser-quality food products. Maintain a clean, sanitized, and member-ready area in accordance with company policies. Assist customers according to company policies and procedures; help educate and collaborate with team members. Maintain the Sales Floor by handling claims and returns, zoning the area, and identifying shrink and damages. Stock and rotate merchandise; ensure quality and date control standards; eliminate waste. Comply with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity; follow Open Door Policy. What you’ll do
Be a Team Member: Keep up-to-date knowledge of product specifications; collaborate with cross-functional teams; assist members and adapt to business needs. Be an Expert: Follow food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, cold chain compliance, inventory management; operate and sanitize equipment; understand product and layout execution. Be a Techie: Use digital tools to drive sales and improve the shopping experience; use handheld technology to support production, training, and product quality. Be an Owner: Drive area performance; manage high exposure and expectations; assist customers and ensure quality and service excellence. Be a Talent Ambassador: Model high-quality service and energy; promote the department and club experience. Qualifications
Must be 18 years of age or older Food Service or Food Handler Certification (Food Safety) preferred Preferred: relevant experience with fresh foods and customer service Benefits and pay
