Base pay range $125,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr

Pay: $125,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year (plus performance-based incentive potential)

Here at TriStruX we are looking for a self-motivated and driven team member who can help push our vision forward and boost revenue while setting our company apart from the competition.

We are seeking a long-term experienced Business Development Manager who can partner with our Operations teams in multiple markets to drive measurable results that benefit our business. Our ideal candidate will have existing carrier and fiber relationships with the soft and hard cost deployment teams delivering services to the local markets.

This individual should be energized by identifying new opportunities, comfortable initiating conversations with new clients, and excited by the challenge of opening doors and closing deals. They should also be able to effectively articulate our sales approach in order to expand our services offering, strengthen client relationships, and provide continuity from our team to the deployment teams.

Objectives of this Role

Develop, execute, and oversee a business strategy that prioritizes growth and positive customer ratings

Identify, target, and close new opportunities with telecom and fiber customers

Maintain positive professional relationships with clients

Use financial techniques to improve sales revenue

Monitor sales progress to ensure that corporate goals are being met

Track all business-related activities in a company-wide CRM

Attend trade shows, golf outings, and other industry-related mixers

Responsibilities

Proactively prospect, research, and develop relationships to drive new business opportunities

Promote the company’s products or services to prospective clients

Driving new business to emerging markets with new and existing clients

Relationship building and long-term project and program enhancement

Review RFP / RFQ’s to ensure they align with our service offerings and office locations

Interact with clients and respond to important inquiries about the company’s services

Skills and Qualifications

Established carrier relationships

Experience in customer service, marketing, or a sales-related field

Strong knowledge in the carriers' offerings, deployment methods, and leaders

Exceptional attention to detail

Clear verbal and written communication skills

Self-starter with a competitive mindset and passion for winning new business

Enthusiasm for the company and its growth potential

Preferred Qualifications

Must play golf

Willing to travel and be gone for extended periods of time

Experience in setting up and tearing down for tradeshows

Experience in managing client events, dinners, and other client-related venues

Experience in managing sales or marketing posts for social media

Sharp negotiation and networking skills

Organizational skills

Problem-solving skills

Educational background in business, sales, and marketing is a plus
