Role Description This is a full‑time hybrid on‑site and remote position for an MCA ISO & Business Development Manager located in Clifton, NJ. The primary responsibilities include driving business growth through the identification and development of partnerships with Independent Sales Organizations (ISOs), maintaining client relationships, prospecting new opportunities, analyzing financial documents, and negotiating financing terms. The manager will focus on meeting sales targets, managing accounts, and contributing to strategic initiatives that enhance organizational goals.
Responsibilities
Driving business growth through the identification and development of partnerships with Independent Sales Organizations (ISOs)
Maintaining client relationships
Prospecting new opportunities
Analyzing financial documents
Negotiating financing terms
Meeting sales targets, managing accounts, and contributing to strategic initiatives that enhance organizational goals
Qualifications
Strong skills in Business Development, Client Relationship Management, and Partner Engagement
Established relationships with reputable brokers that value honesty and integrity
Experience with being a liaison between the brokers and underwriters
Experience with Financial Analysis, Risk Assessment, and Sales Strategies
Proficiency in Negotiation, Communication, and Problem‑Solving
Knowledge of Merchant Cash Advance (MCA) and financing solutions
Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Previous experience in Fintech, finance, or related industries is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field is preferred
