As we expand globally, we are seeking a Business Development Manager to lead our entry into the United States. This role involves building new sales opportunities, fostering client relationships, and eventually building a dedicated team. It is ideal for someone eager to pioneer our growth in a new market and develop innovative strategies to achieve our goals. Key Responsibilities:

Lead the entire sales process from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring a smooth experience for clients Develop and implement innovative sales and go-to-market strategies for the US market to drive revenue and expansion Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, industry trends, and competitive insights Identify and engage with potential clients and mega event organizers, building a strong pipeline Collaborate with marketing to develop impactful sales collateral, campaigns, and promotional materials Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations and proposals tailored to prospective clients Negotiate contracts and pricing to optimize profitability while meeting client expectations Build and nurture long-term client relationships to ensure satisfaction, retention, and loyalty Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team, setting goals and fostering high performance Stay informed on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to adapt strategies Work with the product team to relay customer feedback for product improvements Develop sales forecasts and performance metrics to monitor progress Drive continuous improvement in the sales process using data-driven insights Key Skills:

Proven sales leadership with the ability to inspire and develop teams Strategic vision and experience in developing go-to-market strategies Strong client acquisition skills and a track record of closing high-value deals Excellent proposal development and presentation skills Advanced negotiation skills for favorable deal-making Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships Deep understanding of the event management and ticketing industry Experience in recruiting and motivating high-performing sales teams Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making Excellent communication and collaboration skills Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA is a plus At least 3 years of success in software solution sales, preferably in event management or ticketing Experience in leading sales teams Knowledge of SaaS sales models and strategies Consistent achievement of sales targets Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Proficiency in CRM and sales analytics tools Willingness to travel for meetings and industry events Additional Details:
