Nature of Work The ideal candidate will be a highly organized individual who will provide production coordination support for all areas of Broadcast Video Production in the control room.

Work with post-production, game presentation, marketing, and partnership marketing staff to make sure all videos, logos and graphics are correct, complete & ready for target game day.

Comfortable in a broadcast control room environment.

Ensure that all videos and graphics are loaded into appropriate equipment & tested prior to game night.

Support editorial, graphics & studio staff as needed.

Provide assistance to Videographer for ENG shoots as needed.

Assist Production Manager with organization, management & archival of all content.

Ability to learn new programs and equipment.

Must be organized, motivated, and work well within a team.

Working Conditions & Physical Demands

Game night production.

Work close with broadcast engineers.

Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Minimum:

College degree or certification equivalent to a degree.

1-2 years of experience working in a broadcast control room.

1 year of experience working with Ross Xpression.

1 year of experience working with Microsoft Office Productions like Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.

Must be able to supply three references with application.

Must have a driver's license or the ability to obtain one upon hire.

Applicants must meet minimum qualifications at the time of hire.

Preferred:

1-2 years working with Adobe Products such as Premier Pro and Media Encoder.

1 year of experience working with video production equipment, such as cameras and lights.

Basic Knowledge of Video Codecs, and how they are used within a broadcast environment.

Compensation

Base is $23.10 per hour.

Eligible for annual discretionary bonus.
