KLH Engineers
Summary
Project Manager will represent KLH Engineers in main communications with the client from initial project efforts through entire design, construction, and post‑project follow‑up. They will manage the design team, oversee design deliverables, schedule, quality control, client satisfaction, accounts receivable, and profitability. The Project Manager will report project status and team performance to the Team Leader and may travel occasionally based on project and/or team needs.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Define project scope in collaboration with senior management and team members.
Create a detailed work plan, sequence activities, and determine required resources (time, money, equipment, etc.).
Develop a project schedule and monitor progress, making adjustments to ensure timely completion.
Identify project objectives and evaluation metrics for success.
Participate in project team selection and ensure all personnel receive appropriate orientation.
Execute the project following the approved plan and maintain accurate documentation.
Communicate regularly with clients, stakeholders, and internal staff to provide updates.
Ensure deliverables are on time, within budget, and meet required quality standards.
Monitor budget expenditures, update financial records, and prepare financial reports for clients.
Assist in preparing proposals and supporting RFP opportunities.
Provide staff performance evaluations and contribute to project outcome assessments.
Supervisory Responsibilities The Project Manager directly supervises the Project Administrator but does not supervise additional staff.

Client Satisfaction Ratings, in conjunction with Studio Leader.
