Overview
Trigo is seeking full-time Traveling Quality Technicians based near OSCEOLA, WI. The role involves traveling on a flexible schedule to support the assembly process. Compensation: $21 per hour, 1st shift.
Reports to: Site Manager
Responsibilities
Customer Relationship & Business Development: Act as an impartial third party between the production source and the customer facility to ensure the product meets set criteria.
Performs audits on incoming material using hand gaging and visual techniques to determine conformance to specifications and fitness for use
Contains non-conforming parts and/or sub-assemblies
Rectifies non-conforming material by rework, sorting and/or scrapping as directed by Team Leader
Uses methods such as de-rusting, grinding, drilling, tapping, assembly and/or disassembly to rectify non-conforming material
Determines the tools and equipment needed to do the job
Grinds, sands, cleans and oils parts and/or sub-assemblies by using hand tools or equipment
Other duties as assigned
Organization & Management: This position does not include supervisory responsibilities
Technical: Must be able to use basic hand tools such as gaging, drills, taps, grinders and/or sanders to repair and/or clean parts and/or sub-assemblies
Must be able to read basic blueprints to determine tolerance of parts and/or sub-assemblies
Work in proximity to moving mechanical parts and machinery

Demonstrated knowledge of tools, practices, and industry quality standards
Demonstrated expert level proficiency in Microsoft Excel and working knowledge of MS Word and MS PowerPoint
Understanding of database principles and knowledge of MS Access
