Our employees are supported with a comprehensive benefits program that include the following: $200 Referral Bonus Tuition Reimbursement 7 paid Holidays 80 hours of Vacation after 1 year of employment We offer a variety of affordable medical, dental, vision and flexible spending account plans after 60 days Employee Assistance Program FREE of charge Company paid Life Insurance and AD&D Matching 401K program after 90 days Employee Meal Discounts Ongoing learning and development programs Work towards your future advancement within the company—most of our supervisors and managers are promoted from within Essential Job Responsibilities and Duties: Ensure the safety and integrity of the property, its customers, and employees Determining the necessity of involving a specific department manager should they not be on property and/or notify the manager of any decisions made that affect said department Final decision maker on the validity of identification for gaming or alcohol compliance purposes Create shift reports to facilitate the necessary communication needed by management Possess and understand all Systems of Internal Controls for gaming compliance Receive, fill out, and deliver call-in slips to department managers and supervisors Directly supervise the slot department employees and ensure the proper function of the casino floor Provide leadership and guidance to all employees in the absence of their department manager Determine the need for and implement early outs for purpose of managing payroll Evaluate customer play and issue complimentary items for the purpose of increasing player loyalty and company revenue Skills, Education and Other Requirements: Must have strong communication skills Be able to read, analyze, and interpret gaming regulations and minimum internal controls Have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office Have good analytical skills to resolve both minor and difficult problems Understand slot procedures and mechanics in order to solve slot machine related problems The ability to understand and navigate slot tracking and management software The ability to pass all required training which includes Alcohol Awareness and Blood Borne Pathogens High School Diploma or Equivalent Work Experience required 3 years in a gaming supervisory position Nevada Gaming registration required Identification that establishes identity Identification that establishes the right to work in the United States
