Provide 1:1 Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with Autism in mainly center-based settings with occasional home-based services as needed. Teach important life skills like communication, play, self-help, and social skills using proven ABA methods. Work closely with an onsite BCBA who provides hands-on training, guidance, and real-time support during sessions. Collect data and document sessions accurately. Manage challenging behaviors with patience and professionalism. Participate in light cleaning and support children in daily routines (e.g., dressing, toileting, brushing teeth). Note: This position requires working with a range of children who may exhibit challenging behaviors. Requirements
Must be at least 18 years old. Education: High school diploma. Transportation: Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between different sites; Mileage Reimbursements offered. Valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance required. Preferred experience: Experience with autism and related disorders, experience with children ages 0-16, and/or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification. Physical Requirements: Able to lift up to 40 lbs; able to sit in a child-sized chair or on the floor and switch between sitting and standing; walk, jog, or run as needed. Available Work Locations
